Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının sağlık turizmi sektöründe duygusal
zekalarının bilinçli farkındalık düzeyi ile ilişkisini ölçmek ve sağlık hizmetlerinden
yararlanmak için Türkiye’yi tercih eden yabancı hastaların tercih kriterlerini
araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın literatür taraması kısımında sağlık turizmi konusu geniş ve
detaylı şekilde araştırılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada elde edilen veriler incelenmiş ve
yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda hipotezler geliştirilmiş ve araştırma
modeli oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma üzerinde kavramları ölçmek amacı ile geliştirilmiş
olan tek boyutlu "Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği" ve üç boyutlu "Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği"
kullanılmıştır. Anket veri toplama aracı ile İstanbul’da bulunan iki özel hastanede
hizmet veren sağlık çalışanlarından elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Bu araştırma
sonucunda duygusal zekanın bilinçli farkındalık düzeyi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki
bulunamamıştır.
The purpose of this research is to measure the relationship between the emotional intelligence and conscious awareness level of healthcare professionals in the health tourism sector and to investigate the preference criteria of foreign patients who choose Turkey to benefit from healthcare services. In the literature review section of the study, the subject of health tourism was investigated in detail and in detail. The data obtained from the research was examined and interpreted. Hypotheses were developed and a research model was created in line with the information obtained. In the research, the one-dimensional "Conscious Awareness Scale" and the three-dimensional "Emotional Intelligence Scale", which were developed to measure concepts, were used. Data obtained from healthcare professionals serving in two private hospitals in Istanbul were analyzed with the survey data collection tool. As a result of this research, no significant relationship was found between emotional intelligence and conscious awareness level.
