Özet
Çalışmada, 1980 Sonrası Türkiye’de Yaşanan Ekonomik Krizler incelenmiştir. Kriz sonrası dönemlerin işsizlik üzerine etkileri ele alınmıştır. Tez çalışmasının birinci bölümünde kavram açıklamalarına yer verilmiştir. Ekonomik kriz, istihdam, işsizlik ve ücret kavramları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise yaşanan ekonomik krizler ele alınmadan önce Türkiye Ekonomisi üç döneme ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Dönemlerden yola çıkılarak krizlerin oluşum ve nedenleri açıklanmıştır. Yaşanan her krizin Türkiye Ekonomisi’ne etkileri de ele alınarak sonuçlandırılmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise krizlerin işsizliği nasıl etkilediği sorusuna cevap bulunmuştur. İstatistiki veriler yardımıyla işsizlik verileri dönemler itibariyle incelenmiştir. İşsizlik ile mücadelede etkin rol alan istihdam kavramı birlikte değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, yaşanan her kriz sonrasında işsizliğin arttığı görülmüştür. Her geçen gün daha büyüyerek gelen ve ülke ekonomisi için önemli bir mücadele konusu olan işsizliğin istihdam artırıcı politikalar ve istihdam olanaklarının desteklenmesi, işsizliğin azalmasına noktasında en önemli araç olacaktır.
In the study, the economic crisis after 1980 has been examined in Turkey. The effects of unemployment on the post-crisis period are discussed. In the first part of the thesis, the notion explanations are included. The definition of economic crisis, employment, unemployment and wages are explained. In the second part Turkey Economy before explaining economic crises were examined by divided into three periods. Based on the periods, the formation and causes of crises has been explained. Each crisis has been resulted by examining effects on Turkey's economy. In the third and last part, the answer to the question of how crisis affect unemployment is found. With the help of statistical data, unemployment data were analyzed periodically. The definition of employment, which plays an active role in combating unemployment, has been evaluated together. As a result, it has been observed that unemployment increases after every crisis. Employment-increasing policies and supporting employment opportunities for unemployment, which grows more and more every day and is an important challenge for the country's economy, will be the most important tool to reduce unemployment.
