Özet
Bu araştırmada aile sağlığı merkezinde çalışan sağlık personelinin spora yönelik tutum algısına ilişkin bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Tarama (Survey) Araştırma Modeli kapsamında neden sonuç ilişkisine dayalı bir modeldir. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Sancaktepe Aile Sağlığı Merkezlerinde görev yapan sağlık personelinin spor yapma davranışları ve bu davranışlarını etkileyen faktörlere yönelik sorular sorulmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Ankara Üniversitesi Sağlık Kültür ve Spor Daire Başkanlığı tarafından hazırlanan kişilerin spora katılım durumlarının belirlenmesini amaçlayan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında çevrimiçi anket uygulamasına gidilmiş ve Google Drive üzerinden oluşturulan formlar dağıtılmıştır. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 21 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak aile sağlığı merkezinde çalışan sağlık personelinin spora yönelik tutum algısı orta düzeydedir ve yapılan spor aktiviteleri genellikle rekreasyon faaliyetleri çerçevesinde gerçekleşmektedir. Ayrıca evli olma ve çocuk sahibi olma gibi durumlar sağlık personelinin spora yönelik tutum algısını düşürmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Aile Sağlığı Merkezi, Sağlık Personeli, Sportif Aktivite.
In this study, an assessment was made on the perception of health personnel working at the family health center towards sports. It is a model based on cause and effect relation within the scope of Survey Research Model. In the research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. In the research, the questions about the sports behaviors of the health personnel working in Sancaktepe Family Health Centers and the factors affecting these behaviors were asked. In the research, a questionnaire form that aims to determine the participation status of the people prepared by Ankara University Health Culture and Sports Department was used as a data collection tool. In the collection of the data, online survey application was made and forms created via Google Drive were distributed. SPSS 21 package program was used to analyze the data. As a result, the attitude perception of the health personnel working in the family health center towards the sport is at a medium level, and the sports activities usually take place within the framework of recreation activities. In addition, situations such as being married and having children decrease health personnel's perception of attitude towards sports. Keywords: Family Health Center, Health Staff, Sporty Activity.
