Özet
Bu çalışma, Pilotlar Vakfı üyesi olarak aktif çalışma hayatını sürdüren 654 kişiye sosyal ve kültürel imkanlar, yönetim sistemi ve arşiv, dış paydaşların kullanımı gibi faktörleri arttırmaya yönelik hazırlanan Pilotlarda Ekip Kaynak Yönetimi Ölçeği, çalışanlara yönelik geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğinin sağlanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı analizler sonucunda, anketin 5’li likert tipi, 3 alt boyutlu (sosyal ve kültürel imkanlar, yönetim sistemi ve arşiv, dış paydaşlar), 20 sorudan oluşan yapısı belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenilirliliğini ölçmek için kullanılan Cronbach’s Alpha katsayısı (20 soru) 0,923 değeri belirlenmiştir. Analizler ölçeğin pilotların ekip kaynak yönetimi çerçevesinde belirlenen faktörlerin kullanımını arttırmaya yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğunu göstermektedir.
This study has prepared for the members of Pilots Foundation with asking a sample of 654 people about social and cultural opportunities, management system and archive, factors to increase the use of external stakeholders determined for Pilots Crew Resource Management Scale for ensuring working staff’ validity and reliability. As a result of the analysis of explanatory and validated results, questionnaire consisted of 3 sub-dimensions (social and cultural facilities, management system and archive, external stakeholders), 20 questions constitute a structure. The Cronbachs’ Alpha coefficient which was used to measure the reliability of scale, was determined (20 questions) as 0,923. The analysis shows that scale is valid and reliable for increasing use of factors determined by the pilots in crew resource management framework.
