Özet
Fatih Projesi, eğitimde fırsat eşitliğinin sağlanması ve okullarda kullanılan teknolojinin iyileştirilmesi için bilişim teknolojisi araçlarının öğrenme-öğretme süreci kapsamında daha çok duyu organına hitap edecek biçimde derslerde etkin kullanımı için başlatılmıştır. İşletmelerde insan kaynakları eğitiminde, Fatih Projesi bileşenlerinin kullanılması, eğitim sürelerinin kısalmasına, fırsat eşitliğinin sağlanmasına ve planlı eğitimin yapılmasına yardımcı olacaktır.
The Fatih Project has been launched for the effective use of information technology tools in lessons that will appeal to more sensory organs within the learning-teaching process, in order to provide equal opportunity in education and to improve the technology used in schools. Use of the Fatih Project components in training of human resources in organizations will help to shorten training periods, ensure equality of opportunity and provide planned training.
