Abstract

Dalino Zanna's Heartfelt Conversation and Inspiring Messages with Students During the event, renowned chef Danilo Zanna emphasized the key points a good chef should pay attention to, stating that the kitchen requires not only technical knowledge but also passion, discipline, and culture. Chef Zanna stated that gastronomy is a universal language that brings different cultures together, reminding young chef candidates of the importance of continuous learning. The Gastrotalks event, moderated by IGU General Secretary Assoc. Prof. Serdar Egeli, brought together important figures from the world of gastronomy with students, and served as a strong example of Istanbul Gelisim University's vision of combining academia with industry experience.
