Türkiye, Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika (MENA) Ülkelerinin Lojistik Performans Endekslerinin Kümeleme Analizi Yöntemi ile İncelenmesine Yönelik Bir Çalışma

Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ve MENA (Orta Doğu ve Kuzey Afrika)
ülkelerinin lojistik performansları kümeleme analizi yöntemi
kullanılarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, bu ülkelerin
lojistik performanslarını değerlendirmek ve geliştirmeleri
gereken alanları belirlemektir.
Yöntem: Çalışmada, kümeleme analizi yöntemi kullanılarak
Lojistik Performans Endeksi›ndeki veriler analiz edilmiştir. Bu
analiz yöntemi, ülkelerin lojistik performanslarının kategorilere
göre gruplandırılmasını ve karşılaştırılmasını sağlamıştır.
Bulgular: MENA ülkeleri arasında lojistik performansı en iyi
olan ülke, bütün kategorilerde Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri olarak
belirlenmiştir. Genel sıralamada Kuveyt, Katar ve Suudi Arabistan
öne çıkmaktadır. Türkiye, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nden sonra en
yüksek lojistik performansa sahip ülkedir. Lojistik performansı en
düşük ülkeler ise Irak, Libya, Suriye, İran, Fas ve Yemen olarak
tespit edilmiştir. İthalat ve ihracata hazırlık süreleri açısından
Irak, İran ve Cezayir daha yüksek sürelerle öne çıkmaktadır.
Türkiye, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri ve Katar ile benzer şekilde daha
düşük ithalat ve ihracata hazırlık sürelerine sahiptir.
Sonuç: Çalışmanın sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre, MENA
ülkelerinin lojistik performanslarını ilerletebilmeleri için çeşitli
önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Bu öneriler, lojistik altyapının
geliştirilmesi, tedarik zinciri yönetiminin iyileştirilmesi ve gümrük
işlemlerinin hızlandırılması gibi alanlara odaklanmaktadır.
Aim: This study compares the logistics performance of Turkey and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries using the clustering analysis method. The aim of the study is to evaluate the logistics performance of these countries and identify areas that need improvement. Method: The study uses the clustering analysis method to analyze data from the Logistics Performance Index. This analysis method allows for the grouping and comparison of countries’ logistics performance by category. Findings: The country with the best logistics performance among MENA countries, in all categories, is the United Arab Emirates.In the overall ranking, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia stand out.Turkey is the country with the highest logistics performance after the United Arab Emirates.The countries with the lowest logistics performance are Iraq, Libya, Syria, Iran, Morocco, and Yemen.In terms of import and export preparation times, Iraq, Iran, and Algeria have the longest preparation times.Turkey is similar to the United Arab Emirates and Qatar and has shorter import and export preparation times.
