But in order to perceive and protect the world from the past to the future with all its abstract and concrete essences, the necessity of assimilating national and cultural values and the importance of protecting them by prioritizing are evident. It is one of the primary tasks of higher education institutions to lead their societies in this direction and to be able to transfer this sensitivity to the new generations it is educated is seen as the first condition of contributing to universal values. It is very important to keep the memory of civilizations fresh so that the new generations can perceive the world with their own values and look from their own cultural windows.
